⚠️ Step 1: Perform a Hard Reset
- Power off the laptop completely
- Disconnect all external devices (USBs, monitors, printers)
- Remove the battery (if removable) and unplug the charger
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
- Reconnect battery and charger, then power on
