Quick Fixes for Microsoft Teams Join Issues
1- Check Your Internet Connection
- Make sure you're online and not on a weak Wi-Fi signal.
- Try switching to a wired connection or mobile hotspot if possible.
2. Use the Right Browser or App
- If you're joining via browser, use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome—avoid Safari or outdated browsers.
- If the desktop app isn’t working, try Teams Web or the mobile app.
3. Clear Teams Cache (Desktop App)
- Close Teams completely.
- Go to:

\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams - Delete all contents inside the folder.
- Restart Teams.
4. Sign In with the Correct Account
- Make sure you're signed in with the account that received the invite.
- If you see “Sign in to join this meeting,” switch to the correct work/school account.
